So I've been playing around with the idea of doing an outfit of the day kind of idea. It's pretty much just a picture(s) of what I'm wearing on that day. These are very popular on many other blogs and vlogs and seeing as I love clothes, shopping, fashion and taking pictures of myself this seems like a natural progression. Thoughts?
Here's my first attempt:
(you can click on any pics on this blog to make them bigger)
I realized afterwards that most of what I'm wearing came from Winners so not a ton of variation there except that Winners carries a ton of different brands so it's not like they are all one stores brand which would be a little boring. It's the mixing and matching that's fun right?
Cardigan: Winners and the brand is Say What?
Top: Winners and the brand is Max Studio
Shorts: Winners and the brand is one5one
Shoes: Roxy - Lido Shoes I think the colour I have is Army
Bracelets: EllaMarsh and Hello Berry
Necklace: a lovely cameo, gift from my Mom
OOTD's are fun as it gives you more ideas for pairings, colours, styles etc... that you may not have thought of. Let me know what you think.
The weather continues to be outstanding which means lots of water fun with the kiddies. This is a pic I took at Transfer Beach yesterday. The quality isn't great as I had to use my cell phone (camera batteries were dead), but it shows part of the water park there. So much fun. I couldn't get either child out until lips were starting to go blue. They just played and played and played. They also have some really big jungle gyms for the kids to play on and warm up which they put to good use too. There is sandy beach access to the ocean, a huge grassy lawn to lay in the sun(but lots of trees for shade), a concession stand, kayak rentals and lots of picnic tables. A great place to play in the summer and it's only about 20min from home.
I took this pic of the sun going down on my walk last night. It is quite dark and doesn't show how really amazing it was(again with the cell phone), but it looked like a ball of fire going down behind the mountain.
Hope you're getting out and enjoying the sun!
